Renee Zhao

Renee (she/her) is passionate about empowering youth through climate education, environmental justice, and community-driven leadership. Based in Vancouver on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ peoples, Renee is dedicated to creating spaces where young people can lead meaningful change through advocacy, storytelling, and sustainability initiatives. As the Youth Leadership Development Intern, she is excited to collaborate with passionate changemakers working toward a more equitable and climate-resilient future.
