Story

Mika is a sustainability professional dedicated to creating meaningful impact and is committed to seeing projects through from strategy to tangible results. With over five years of experience in team leadership, accessibility and ESG policy development, and community engagement, Mika brings both expertise and passion to her work. Beyond her formal roles, she has spent more than two years traveling across ten countries to explore sustainability systems, cultural approaches to waste, and ocean conservation efforts. Along the way, she has volunteered in community-facing roles, collaborated with NGOs and activists, and written a blog to share her experiences and spark conversations on climate equity and the circular economy. These experiences have strengthened her belief in the power of community and inclusion as essential drivers of meaningful climate action.
